TUCSON, Ariz. – Truly Nolen Pest Control recently announced Lisa Bracero is the manager of the company’s new Winter Garden service office at 10175 W. Colonial Dr., Ocoee.

 

Bracero joined Truly Nolen in July 2015 as a Sales Professional. She later became a Manager-in-Training and was previously the manager of the company’s Kissimmee service office. Prior to joining Truly Nolen, Bracero worked for Coca-Cola for 25 years in a variety of positions. She graduated from Southern University with a Bachelor’s in Business Management. 

 

Some of Bracero’s responsibilities will include helping the new service office gain more visibility with the local Winter Garden community as well as instilling the company’s core values throughout her team. “I love working with my team to help our customers on a daily basis,” Said Bracero. “My favorite thing about working for Truly Nolen is how helpful everybody is in the company.”

 

“Lisa’s 25 years of management and customer service experience along with her proven ability in an established market like Kissimmee made her the perfect choice for this new service office northwest of her previous location,” said Josh Bewley, district manager, Central Florida. “I am excited she is heading up our Winter Garden team and I look forward to seeing how she connects with the local community.” 

Truly Nolen Pest Control also announced the promotion of Melanie Koskey to administrative assistant for the Training and Technical Services Department. She will remain based at the company’s Tucson headquarters. 

 

Koskey joined Truly Nolen in 2014 as the training administrator in the same department. Prior to joining the company, she worked in the banking industry as a mortgage documentation specialist and a credit card fraud specialist. In addition, she has previously handled customer service and inside sales duties for other companies. 

 

Some of Koskey’s new responsibilities will include assisting the company’s Vice President of Training and Technical Services Mark Ringlstetter directly with everything from customer correspondence to Loss Control case management. She will also cross-train in contract editing allowing the department more capacity moving forward.

 

“I am excited to learn and to be a fountain of knowledge for my department, because we are in charge of thinking about things before people even know they may need them,” said Koskey. “My favorite thing about working for Truly Nolen is helping people – whether it is helping our own team members or customers, helping others fills my heart with so much joy.”
